Beef Tacos

1 pound 90/10 Ground Beef
1 can Rotel Tomato Sauce
2 tbls Taco Seasoning
1 package Uncle Ben's Ready Rice
1/4 cup Salsa
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Guacamole
1/2 cup Queso
12 Flour or Corn Tortillas

Brown ground beef over medium heat until cooked.  Mix in tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Simmer on low until sauce has thickened; about 10 minutes.  Cook rice according to package; pour into small bowl and stir in salsa.  Heat for additional 30 seconds.  Warm tortillas. Assemble tacos by adding a spoon of rice, beef, shredded cheese, and guacamole.  Garnish with queso as desired. Makes 6 servings.
